After the MNA project, my inbox was flooded with messages from headhunters. One opportunity stood out: a company in Japan looking for a Unity developer with AI experience. It sounded like a perfect fit, but the interview was highly competitive, and my journey ended in round three.
Instead of giving up, I decided to build something small with Claude and AI. Then I fell straight into the rabbit hole. Anthropic lured me in with free Fable usage, and after that there was no turning back... and this is the result.
To be fair, everyone I met during the interview process was genuinely great, so there are no hard feelings. It's just a bit of a shame because, from what I understood, the role would have involved a lot of experimentation and plenty of freedom to build interesting things, and I can tell from experience that it's a lot of fun to do things with a group of people vs doing something alone.
